Perform at least 12 IPL treatments—two times per week. Before each session, take a clear photo of the area being treated (before shaving). Note: Photos must include valid time and date stamps automatically generated by your camera device.
3. Submit Your Claim
If, after 12 treatments, you do not see noticeable hair reduction, simply email us your 12 photos along with your order number to help@luvenashop.com. Our team will carefully review your application.
